Vallen zonnepanelen onder je opstalverzekering?

In de meeste gevallen: ja.

Zonnepanelen worden gezien als “vast verbonden” aan je woning.

Net als:

  • Dakpannen
  • Dakkapellen
  • Schuur of garage

Maar — en hier zit het risico — je moet ze vaak wel melden.

Niet elke verzekeraar neemt automatisch waardeverhoging mee.


Wat is er precies verzekerd?

Meestal is schade gedekt door:
